Within the last decade Germany has become one of the top destinations for travelers from all over the world. The great variety of landscape, from the breathtaking Alpes in the South, to the internationally rather unknown but marvelous seaside of the North Sea and the Baltic Sea in the North, makes the country an attractive place of diverse and beautiful nature. Only very few people are aware of the top summer coast destinations and fascinating islands North Germany has to offer. The Baltic Sea resorts are characterized by lovely white-sandy beaches, beautiful coastlines of flat land and wide fields, in which fairy-tale, straw-covered houses are the local speciality, giving the spirit of unique maritime flair.
